Who we are

This website is operated by Acrepath (“we”, “us”), a property sourcing business based in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at conor@acrepath.co.uk.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our contact form or by email:

  • your name and email address;
  • whether your enquiry is general or investor-related;
  • anything you include in your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

  • to respond to your enquiry and keep in touch about it;
  • where you have registered interest as an investor, to understand your requirements and contact you about relevant opportunities;
  • to protect the website and form from spam and misuse.

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us and running our business. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing us. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel Inc., which hosts this website;
  • Resend, which delivers contact form messages to our inbox;
  • our email provider, which stores correspondence;
  • Cloudflare, if a spam-protection check is shown on the form.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision are in place. We will only share your details with anyone else, such as a solicitor or a vendor's agent, with your agreement or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need it for longer to meet legal or regulatory obligations, such as anti-money laundering record keeping should you proceed with a transaction.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If a spam-protection check is displayed, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to confirm you are not an automated bot.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email conor@acrepath.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
